To those of you that noticed the lack of blog posts on Clamzee.com for quite some time, i want to say: Thank you for your patience and for checking back. Now Clamzee is back with complete new design and layout. I was going for more simplicity and professional look after it came to me that the busy look does not work for Clamzee. The logo is completely transformed as well. I hope the sleepless time I invested was worthed and the better impact of the website was achieved. There are few things I’m still working on and testing, but they are slowly coming along.
In the mean time I’m bringing more fresh photographs, that I really enjoyed taking and editing. Take a look.

As I’ll be out of the city for the next 3 days, (will be visiting the in-laws) I wont have much time for blogging, so I decided to show you two of my resent photographs at this time. The first one is a panoramic of West Hollywood I took couple a weeks ago. I learned this really interesting technique of stitching photographs in panorama from my Photography teacher Peter Phun. And I thought I know Photoshop very well as I work with it almost every day. But apparently there’s lot more to learn. Ok here is my panorama:

You might think I’m crazy, but I think it was worthed doing this. I took the following picture few days ago while I was driving on the highway and this beautiful sunset appeared in front of me reflecting the ground surface. It was begging to be photographed and it was quite of an adrenaline rush to do it….. I tried to find the proper settings as I shoot only on manual and that took 4-5 extra shots.
I don’t encourage you to do this ….it’s was quite dangerous. But hey, at least I don’t text while I’m driving:))

As me and my husband are taking photography really seriously the past year and a half  (beside our other full time activities), we decided to invest in some more photo equipment like professional printer, Prophoto strobes and everything else which comes along with  that and make a photo studio/lab at home. Yes it drained our savings a bit but I really believe this is a good investment. So now I will be working on remodeling the photography page of this blog and eventually start a new blog  quite soon, which will be dedicated predominantly to photography. There’s  already a photography blog/forum which my husband hosts http://profotoforum.com  but i have different ideas and will be generally pursuing  to showcase our art works alone. Up to date I’ve been offering fine art photographs printed on demand by professional online photo lab (website) and drop shipped to my customers without me being able to check the quality of the prints. From now on I’ll be supervising the whole printing process along with the shipping.  This way I’ll will be able to offer the same excellent quality to my customers for lesser price.
